Welcome to *The Elite International*. By applying and participating in our pageant, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

Participants must meet the eligibility criteria specified at the time of application, including age, documentation, and any other requirements set by the organization.

2. Application & Selection

Submission of an application does not guarantee selection.

The decision of the organizing committee regarding auditions and final selection shall be final and binding.

3. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to maintain professionalism, discipline, and respectful behavior throughout the process. Any misconduct may lead to disqualification without prior notice.

4. Fees & Payments

All fees must be paid within the specified timelines.

Fees once paid are subject to the Refund Policy of The Elite International.

5. Participation Commitment

Participants are required to attend all scheduled auditions, training sessions, and events. Failure to do so may affect their participation or result in disqualification.

6. Use of Media

The organization reserves the right to use participants’ photographs, videos, and other media content for promotional and marketing purposes without additional consent or compensation.

7. Changes & Modifications

The organising committee reserves the right to modify event schedules, rules, or formats at any time, if required.

8. Disqualification

The organization holds the right to disqualify any participant for violation of rules, misconduct, or providing false information.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By applying to the pageant, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
